Scheduling Notice During Busy Season: To help us serve everyone as efficiently as possible during the busy season, we may need to adjust appointment times booked through our LIVE Calendar to better fit our daily routes. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding!!
Delivery Notice: Until further notice, jobs completed on a Friday will be delivered Monday morning.
Home Preparation: Homes must be photo-ready at the time of the appointment. If the home is not ready or is inaccessible for reasons outside of Snap Squirrels's control, the shoot will be rescheduled, and a $29 attempt fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy: * You may cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance at no charge (Stripe refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover payment processing costs). * Same-day cancellations will incur a $49 fee.
Multi-Unit Properties: For duplexes, triplexes, and similar properties: * The first unit is billed at the regular rate. * Each additional unit is 50% off.
